Join a growing community of retired and on-duty First Responders who are dedicated to building a network of local support. Connect with people who GET IT, and be part of a growing community that has no specific affiliation with any particular department. Who knows, you may develop some new skills and make a few friends! Enjoy this flexible, laid-back environment.
Who Should AtteNd?
All first responders and allied personnel—including active and retired—are welcome. This group is ideal for those wishing to learn how to more effectively support themselves and others, connect with peers, and join a community committed to breaking the stigma around seeking help for career-related stress. Build a greater understanding of how to mitigate stress, learn practical strategies, and navigate the unique challenges of your profession.
What to Expect
Our meetings are peer-led, confidential, and supportive. Each session includes time for check-in, a focused topic, optional sharing, and local vetted resources. Meetings are facilitated by nonjudgmental trained peers who have found help and support for themselves and are committed to helping fellow first responders build resilience and develop neuro-physiological skills needed for better health, wellbeing and healthy relationships.
